1. Return Eligibility

  • Return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging.
  • Innerwear, accessories, clearance or stitched items not eligible.

  • Pickup arranged within 2–4 working days upon approval.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds after quality check of returned item.
  • Prepaid: refunded to original method in 5–7 days.
  • COD: via bank transfer (bank details required).
  • Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Only for same product (size change), based on stock.
  • If unavailable, refund or credit note will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Missing packaging or tags
  • Discounted items marked non-returnable

6. Return Refusal

  • Fails quality check
  • Requested after 7-day window
  • Wrong item returned

7. Cancellations

  • Cancel within 12 hours or before dispatch.
  • Use WhatsApp/email to cancel order quickly.
