1. Return Eligibility
- Return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging.
- Innerwear, accessories, clearance or stitched items not eligible.

- Pickup arranged within 2–4 working days upon approval.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds after quality check of returned item.
- Prepaid: refunded to original method in 5–7 days.
- COD: via bank transfer (bank details required).
- Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- Only for same product (size change), based on stock.
- If unavailable, refund or credit note will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Missing packaging or tags
- Discounted items marked non-returnable
6. Return Refusal
- Fails quality check
- Requested after 7-day window
- Wrong item returned
7. Cancellations
- Cancel within 12 hours or before dispatch.
- Use WhatsApp/email to cancel order quickly.
